    Take it very slow, no pressure, and don't over do the teaching aspect of it. The kid is only 4 yrs old so don't weigh him down with too much. Show lots of patience. Have fun.

    Nothing wrong with that drill if you have the right person behind the "L" screen. I've seen some guys that think that they can do that drill and have no clue how to toss those balls in underhand with any velocity or location.
