He's still got some growing to do. And either way I wouldn't bring him up until he is out of "Super Two" range.

Homer and hit ratios are sexy though...

Wait till late June or July. I'm as hyped as anyone to see Homer but I'd rather him be ready.

Exactly. The motivation behind the article is all kinds of wrong.
All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.

Gary Majewski even said he's not ready, so I tend to believe that maybe just maybe he's not with so many 'insiders' saying he needs to work on this or that a little more.

He was his team mate for a month and a half. Saw him pitch a alot I'm sure. He's been a major leaguer and knows what it takes to get major league hitters out.

Yep-Gary Majewski knows what it takes to get major leaguers out. Unfortunately since he joined the Reds he can't do it himself.

Not true. Good cheap shot though.

Re: Homer Bailey - "...time is now"

The premise for that article is laughable.

The Reds are the worst team in baseball, therefore their "ace" prospect will salvage the season?

I just don't get it. Am I missing something?

Bailey had a bad spring, but this team needs a shot in the arm, and a kid who's not ready is said shot in the arm?

Right now, I think there are two things Krivsky could do to ruin this ballclub.

    1. Not pick up Dunn's option.
    2. Bring up Bailey too soon.
