I got one other prediction. Narron leaves Homer in to throw his 110th pitch, Krivsky blows a gasket, walks down to the field and yanks Homer from the game himself.

Tough lineup to debut against. I expect much better in his future starts.

Too much fastball, won't throw much off-speed stuff b/c of jitters, b/c of this, he'll avoid many BBs but will get knocked around by this potent Indians line-up.
HOPEFULLY I'm wrong.

He'll be alot better in start #2 but not disastrous in start #1

Let's face it.....we're witnessing history, but he's gonna overthrow, leave h is pitches high in the zone, and wear himself out early from adrenaline. Just the way it goes.
See Lincecum and Hughes for your reference point.

And Cliff Lee will dominate the Reds thus setting Homer up for defeat. I know there is a thread on Homer starting today and I should post this thought there...and this thought may already be there...but wouldn't it have been a better storyline to start him tomorrow against Sowers? Our "future" Homer Bailey vs. The "villian" and once potential "future" Jeremy Sowers?
As good a guess as any...

L.A. manager Grady Little had a bad feeling about Wednesday's game when he saw Harang and pitching coach Dick Pole walking in after Harang's warmup.
"I saw two big men," Little said. "Either could have shut us out tonight."
