Every Dayton hitter has a hit tonight except Louwsma who is 0 for 5.

Logan Parker: 3 for 3 with 2 singles, 1 double, 2 walks and 1 RBI

I hope this means hes starting to heat up after his terrible month of May.

Sean Watson better spend half a season in Sarasota. That is all I wanted to add to this conversation.

I know what you're saying... but I'm selfish!!! First time since 2002 that the Dragons make the playoffs and I want to see the team intact for the run.
    2024 Reds record attending: 1-0
    2024 Dragons record attending: 0-0
    2024 Y'Alls record attending: 0-0

Well the Dragons wrapped up a playoff spot with the win tonight actually. The team won't be the same when the second half begins, but hopefully they have some talent left to keep the great season going.

Agreed. Time to sweep some dead wood from Louisville (Kelly, Stone, Saarloos, Shack, lots of candidates) with Fisher to AAA, Cueto to AA and Watson to A+
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

Sean Watson's season totals are just silly. In the best sense possible.

Sorry, a spot... No, the team won't be the same because we all know that some will be moved up - but I hope not - the fans deserve better. I will concede moving a pitcher or two but not position players. They (the Reds) made that mistake too many times since 2002 and I was glad that they kept Bruce in Dayton last year.

I think keeping a 19 year old down is different than keeping a 22 year old down in terms of development. Bruce probably needed the full season in Dayton. Valaika and Turner especially probably don't.
