Gonzalez grounds to 3rd to end the inning. After 4:

    LA 2 4 0
    CIN 2 2 0

No error charged yet, but that may change.

So.......you're saying we can only expect three in the next 224 AB's?

We should get through this inning OK. Guerrero shouldn't come up.

Official call, Encarnacion is credit with a hit and an RBI, no error.

Question for those more familiar with the rules. Right now Hamilton is not being credited with an RBI on the DP that brought home a run. Does that make sense, or is MLB Gameday screwy?

    Good Lohse is still around.

    Where was this in May?

Little by little, I'm putting more credence into the illness factor with this team back then. They're an entirely different team of late, even in losses.

I don't believe players are credited with RBIs on double plays. CBS Sportsline's game tracker is screwy because it gives them one, at least at first.

    Thanks Doc and VR.

Lohse with a pretty easy 5th. Anderson flies out to center, then he Ks Napoli and Aybar.

Tonight's trivia question: 5 active players have 200 or more hits in a season 4 times. Who are they?

Congratulations to Ken Griffey, Jr. for scoring his 1500th career run tonight. He's the 61st person to do it, and only the 3rd active player (Bonds, Biggio).

Lohse was able to stretch Lackey out to seven pitches before grounding out in front of the plate.
