    Notes from tonight in Rochester

Durmatrait looked solid in his 7ip touching 88-90mph throughout the night. Still doesn't throw as many strikes as you would like though. I thought he did well against what was a pretty weak Rochester team.

Votto in left field once again. Didn't look bad out their but only had two chances all night. He was receiving a lot of coaching on positioning etc...throughout the game. He hits the ball hard you can tell he's going to stick at the next level.

Guardado came in in the 8th for Dumatrait and was consistently around 85mph with his fastball. He did top out at 87mph on one pitch according to the stadium gun. He didn't throw many offspeed pitches until the last hitter he faced. I don't know if he was holding back or not but he doesn't appear to have much left in the tank.
If you have a losing record at Reds games, please stop going.
