This year's batch of pitching phenoms

Last year, it was Verlander, Papelbon, Weaver, and Liriano. This year it's Hughes, Bailey, Lincecum and Gallardo. You are the GM. You can have any of the following guys you like. How would you rank them, in terms of who you would want on your team now and (most importantly) for the future, and why?

1 Bailey- I see him as the best of this group, he has four pitches and seems interested in using them. As he fills out some more, I see him just getting better

1a Gallardo- admittedly I haven't seen him, just read about him, but his stats and reports on his stuff make me drool

2 Hughes- not as much in terms of stuff as the top 2, but a very nice young pitcher indeed

3 Lincecum I still see him as a back of the bullpen guy, and an injury risk with his delivery, I don't care what his dad says.
The Sox traded Bullfrog the only player they've got for Shottenhoffen. Four-eyes Shottenhoffen a utility infielder. They've got a whole team of utility infielders.
