    It barely went out in left-center. Bloomquist just missed it, but it looked like he caught it. Griffey stopped for a few seconds before realizing it was, in fact, a home run.

    Arroyo looking decent so far. Maybe the extra rest helped. Anyone heard about a gun reading on his fast ball?

    mth, I am following on gamecast on mlb.com, and I believe it was showing upper 80s on a few pitches in the first.

    I remember him usually being between 88 and 92, so upper 80s isn't bad.

    It's when his fastball was sitting at 85 and 86 last start that warning bells should have been going off for everyone associated with the Reds...
