BTW, Dayton held a Jay Bruce bobblehead night on Thursday or Friday. I just bidded on one on EBAY but someone swooped in in the final seconds and got it. It was pretty sweet looking.

    Freel never stops ticking.

    Single, then steals 2nd.

That last AB by Votto represents what he is all about.

Jay Bruce singles in his first atbat and also stole second base. He's now 4-for-10 at Chattanooga with a HR.

Good thing I couldn't get a ticket for today or my record with the Dragons would've been 1-6 . They had the largest crowd ever today (9,389). BTW, the Dragons are 0-4 to start the 2nd half.

If Bruce can have a strong 2nd half @ Chatty, it would not surprise me to see him roaming the GAB OF by the trade deadline next year.
