Tracy Jones played the game? Wow! Who knew? Tracy Jones really should mention sometime the fact that he once played major league baseball. He is far too modest.

Ed Armbrister had, maybe, his best game of his career in the 2nd game. He went 3 for 3 with a walk and a stolen base. But the Reds lose a big game to the Dodgers and stay 8.5 behind after the four game series. If they could have one 3 of 4 they might could have put a little pressure on the Dodgers.

IMO Ed Armbrister had the best game of his career on 10/14/75, at Riverfront Stadium, in the tenth inning of the Reds 6-5 win over the Red Sox. I am sure Carlton Fisk would agree with me.
