I've done 4 of them. Opening day, a little league game, an OSU-Michigan game, and the Little Brown Jug.
Good to see the Little Brown Jug on the list. I believe it's a hidden gem in the state of Ohio that very few people even know about. It's a full day of great racing, gambling, and lots of beer drinking, all situated around a county fair racetrack and amongst 50,000+ fans.

5 -- NCAA subregional -- been to several of these -- maybe my favorite events
6 -- Spring Training my last 3 years in college for Spring Break (with my dad, I might add)
14 -- CWS back to back LSU National Champs in 96-97
15 -- My first Yankees-Sox game was Game 4 of the 2004 ALCS. That was just a little fun.
22 -- Cubs vs. Reds -- the Dibble throwing at the back of Doug Descenzo and Andre Dawson emptying the bat rack on the same night. I was too young to appreciate it fully.
23 -- Irish vs. Commodores 1995
27 -- Too many to name -- best is in Oxford, MS -- My second favorite -- there's something special about SEC coeds
32 and 33 -- Several -- these are too close for Cincinnatians to NOT attend
35 -- 2 Opening Days, both in Cincy
42 -- See above
49 -- My wife went to UT... come on... there ain't that much to do in K-ville.
52 -- We did this once. Should do it again.
62 -- My least favorite of the ones on the list that I've done... hype over substance
63 -- The Palestra is a special place
64 -- There were a few hoops games at Vandy that we camped out for.
88 -- I'm with BuckWoody -- give me a 1:00 start
91 -- Hamilton West Side -- stop at Flubs for a cone then head across the street to watch the 12 year olds
100 -- I was but a tyke, but I still have the program

Little 5 weekend at IU is by far the best event I've been to. . . . and I'm not even counting the race.
A few of you guys have #34 on your lists. Either you meant #35 (MLB Opening Day) or the All-Africa Amputee Football Tournament in Sierra Leone is a bigger draw than I thought.
For me, it's #5, 6, 62, 88 and 100. I've got a lot of work to do.

Stanley Cup playoffs, junior hockey, Calgary Stampede, Opening day baseball, and Harlem Globetrotters.
I'm pretty lucky as 4 of them have been in Calgary alone.

I'm assuming I can count the CWS even though I've only been to a regional game and didn't make it to Omaha.

Afternoon of racing during the fall schedule at Keeneland followed by a night football game @ Commonwealth is another good one for us Kentucky types.
When all is said and done more is said than done.

As long as the game isn't versus hmmm... oh say about 75% of the SEC East.

I would say the Boys Sweet 16 at Rupp Arena would be another of the worthy high school sports experiences.
I have done the following ten events:

6. Spring training (February-March, Florida and Arizona)
27. Tailgating in the SEC (fall, SEC campuses)
32. Kentucky Derby (May, Churchill Downs, Ky.)
35. MLB Opening Day (April, various cities)
62. Midnight Madness (October, all over the country)
64. Camp out for tickets (any event)
76. Beach volleyball (summer, various cities)
91. Little League game (spring, early summer, everywhere)
100. A Harlem Globetrotters game (many dates, many cities)
Somehow, no mention of Florida vs. Florida State vs. Miami (any of the combinations are fantastic theater) in football ????
