I'd drink my own urine after eating asparagus before I'd think about drinking coffee.

Don't tell that to a Brazilian (person, not a wax)

Midday shots of cafezhino, half espresso, half sugar. Keeps one going in the heat!

Every morning, right after breakfast, I drink a cup of black coffee while I check out RedsZone on my computer.

I love a good cup of black coffee in the morning. I make a cup in the French Press, Caribou or the local Arabica Coffeehouse beans. In a pinch I might stop at this place called Rico Latte or the Dunkin Donuts. My feeling is that a good cup of coffee should taste rich like a good piece of dark chocolate or a dark stout beer. A good cup shouldn't make you wince when you taste it. I will therefore seek out places with good coffee and I would never go for convenience store coffee. I am not a fan of Starbucks. I've had Peet's. It's good stuff.

If I grab a cup in the morning, I usually get it from the Speedway on my way into work. This isn't because I particularly enjoy Speedway coffee (I, in fact, hate it), but mostly because its there and I never have enough time to deviate from my predetermined route and still make it to work on time.

I'll usually get a cup of Starbucks coffee after work to keep myself going until bedtime. Starbucks is good stuff.

Cafe Mocha, no whip, with an extra shot of espresso.

I drink the office crap. It's not good but it's free and I only have a tiny cup anyway -- black, like woy said. Sugar in coffee makes me convulse.

I try to limit myself to that one little cup a day because I sleep so badly. i'd like to cut it out entirely, in fact, but I've tried and all that's taught me is that man, that one little cup makes a huuuuuge difference.

And I'd have sex with the smell of coffee.

The strange thing is that I developed a preference for powdered creamer instead of milk or cream. Just a little dash for color.

Re: Where Do You Get Your Morning Coffee?

half a dozen times a year ... or so ... I'll have a cup of coffee of the "free stuff at work" variety. 3 or 4 times a year, especially when I'm around the coffee drinkers in the family, I'll "feel like a cup" so I'll have a cup. Usually around the holidays.

When I go to Cafe du Monde for beignets.

Sometimes when I'm travelling. At a hotel or something.

a little cream/powdered creamer/half n half or something; no sugar

    except at Cafe du Monde.

plus if you throw a handful up in the air and light it with a lighter it'll go "poof" and make a little explosion.

I make my coffee at home in one of these

I like a strong french roast with just a touch of half & half.

    Vastly underrated.

    Way better than Starbucks, IMO.

For whatever reason, I've settled into Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, since my move to Hartford.

We have Green Mountain and Gevalia at my course, and my dad swears by Gevalia.
