If Bruce Keeps hitting at this pace for the next 3-4 weeks, and I think he is definately capable of that I think he could be promoted to Louisville for the rest of the season and if he hits like .330 up there I think he'll be invited to spring training and if he hits well there I could see him making the team. I think they should start thinking about this possibility now and trade Dunn and if they are really serious about this, trade Griffey this offseason, sign a left fielder and put Bruce in right.

Dickerson is 2-4 today and has his average all the way up to .256. He did strikeout for the 99th time.

Also, I'd hate to think Freel blocks Bruce from getting to the majors. Freel has been nothing short of bad this year, and has proven once again he can't play everyday.

It isn't likely to promote Bruce with only 2 months left in the minor league season. Unless it was up to the majors like Adam Dunn, might as well build him up in AA and have him full of confidence for next spring.

Wow, and Lopez just nearly missed a grand slam that turned into a sac fly. Add an RBI to that 2-4 total.

    Votto: 1-6, RBI, R, 2 K
Burton simply overmatches AAA hitters with his stuff.

    Bats up 10-3

Make that 4 runs in .2 innings.

He's doing his best to blow it. 10-7 bats not.

    Whatever happened with the grievance?
