Im not sure what it means if they accept the assignment. It is a monumental story though if you think about it. Two proffesional athletes overcome ego after realizing no other team would be interested in them following their designation for assignment by worst team in baseball. A little sarcasm but im somewhat surprised Santos didnt think someone might throw him a bone.

Thank God we did not lose Moeller, right now he is probably telling the guys how you don't have to carry your bags when you get to the show.

Santos could be used to give guys a rest in the minors, make sure no arms get too tired down there. Pitch him until his arm falls off.....just so WK isn't tempted to bring him back up to the big club.
