That was a great camera shot of Jr gazing and the pitcher clenching fists without even bothering to look where the ball went

A good brawl would be a great ignitor for the pennant run

His comments aren't meant to be personal to Dunn the guy, just how he feels about the baseball player.

Dunn Hater fans are more personal than Marty - and sometimes on the air as callers
I heard what Marty had to say yesterday about Dunn in the first inning, and I turned the radio off. Here's what I wrote about it this morning: http://www.redszone.com/forums/showp...&postcount=124

Now, I have always like Marty, I really do, Matt. I've listened to him since I was 12 years old, and on my deathbed someday, I hope to hear the faint sounds again of him and Joe calling a game on a hot, still summer night. That's how deeply ingrained it is for me.

But what he's been saying the last year or so about Dunn borders on the personal. I'm not sure what Dunn did to piss him off (banana phone last year?) but last night's comments were ridiculous.

Fired? No, I don't think Marty should be or ever will be fired. But it was very unprofessional of him. Thom was defending Dunn, and Marty was attacking. I turned it off because the stuff Marty was saying was simply untrue. Apparently I missed when he said Adam was a good kid, at the end. So for you to say that Marty was calling him a good kid- well yeah, apparently he did that, but you left out all of the other stuff he said prior to that.

Opinions are opinions...some people don't like a radio broadcaster for a club to voice them....I don't mind it. Never have, never will

To me, being critical of Dunn the baseball player isn't personal.

That's what this team needs right now; when was the last Reds brawl? I can't remember the last time I've seen this team show that much emotion.
