Dragons lead 1-0 on a Turner HR in the 1st. Travis Webb is on the bump for Dayton.

South Bend 2-1. Webb gives up a 2 run bomb in B1.

Dayton 2-2. Kainer hits his 1st HR of the year.

Does EZ deserve a shot at the bigs anytime soon? He wasn't great, but he wasn't atrocious aside from how Narron jerked him around last season

Championships for MY teams in my lifetime:
    Cincinnati Reds - 75, 76, 90
    Chicago Blackhawks - 10, 13, 15
    University of Kentucky - 78, 96, 98, 12
    Chicago Bulls - 91, 92, 93, 96, 97, 98

He deserves consideration. He was invaluable to the Reds in the starting rotation last year, and was a major reason they were contending in the first half. He fell of a bit in the second half, but he could work in the back of the rotation.

I have always been a fan of Ramirez. He is an ideal #4/5 guy. He wont eat you up a ton of innings, mainly because he is just a small dude. But he throws strikes.

I dont know if he is ready yet, he has been fairly short in his outtings. He probably is still building up arm strength.

Jay Bruce will be batting 7th and playing RF for the US in the Futures Game.

Yes, arguably the best prospect in the minors will be hitting 7th.
