Whats the word on Robert Manuel's velocity?
This is what OBrien dealt Casey off for?
Casey was dealt for Williams by OBrien, Williams was then dealt by Krivsky for Robert Manuel to the Mets. So anyone know if this saga is going to end with Williams, or does Manuel have the stuff to make this into a two sentence snippet before he heaves his first big league pitch?
I still am in awe of how Williams ever got to the bigs.....he doesnt even have the stuff to be a top high school player. 82 mph with a slow curve and no command in the zone.
I'd love to see Dave Williams and Chris Michalak compete at the Speed Pitch booth. First one to 85 MPH wins.
He did manage to have a decent 2005 season somehow.
