    Dunn has sacrificed his on base skills this year in an effort to improve his batting average by being more aggressive and making more contact. Accordingly, his OBP isn't what it used to be.

    It currently sits at .358, which ranks him 74th amongst qualified hitters in MLB. It also only ranks him 4th on the Reds, behind Hatty (.403), Jr. (.388), and Hamilton (.371).

    Excellent point. I will take OBP over average or homeruns or lack of strikeouts any time.

    I think the "if the price was right" comment was why it was stated having to con someone for Dunn.

    Machado, Keppinger, and Mike Edwards have all been in the OF some this year. That's not to mnetion Jeff Bannon, who has been playing out of position in RF all year.
