    Interesting A-Rod stat.

Since sports talk radio has been filled with banter about A-Rod possibly becoming the first $30M man in baseball, I figured I'd have a little bit of fun and try to figure out what he would make if he were paid in an hourly rate.

Based on his $27,708,525 salary from 2007:

    24 hours x 365 days = 8760

    27,708,525 / 8760 =

    $3,163.07 /Hour

In spite of all that, is it true that A-Rod has never been to the World Series?
