I wouldn't call giving up 7 hits in 5 innings a "good" outing. Though he has improved his k/9 after his first 9 innings.
He is looking a bit rushed.

Terrible stats. He should still be in AA. The low K/9 proves that.
Guys with a K:BB ratio of better than 10:1 always look rushed.
