A Little Tribute to Barry Larkin

Some time ago, on what is now The Sun Deck, I mentioned that my oldest daughter had a story published in Elyssian Fields Quarterly, a baseball literary magazine. I can't bump that up now that ORG and it are seperate, but I thought I'd pass on a link for an illustration she did today.

As an exercise in working on quick illustrations, she's been participating in a website called Illustration Fridays. They give a word and then you sketch something of it. Today's word was "Captain" - here's her entry:

She must have glanced on some photos of Larkin because some of the surrounding stick figures have familiar looks to them viz Larkin.
