The Brewers are going down. They miss their injured pitchers and their ineptitude in the field showed tonight. Having said that, they take the next two, but it was fun. Let's compromise and enjoy this nice run. It may not last long.
WVRedsFan, I finally figured it out. I thought this guy must live in a perpetual state of rain - then I saw you're from RAINelle, WV. Now it all makes sense.

I'll take our chances in the next two games - even as putrid as this team has been, I don't think I've gone into any game believing they were going to lose. I guess hope Springs eternal - which makes sense for my viewpoint - I live in the newly named Spring Grove Village. But then again, even with the old name, I expect them to WIN(a)TON - now that's a nice PLACE to be.

I take tremendous pleasure in the Reds knocking the paper tiger Brewers from first.

You won't believe this, but our town has more rainfall per year than Seattle while the town down the road, Lewisburg, gets about half of what we do. Yep, though the town was named for John Raine, a lot of folks think it was named for our most common weather (it's raining now, btw).
