    So, who gets sent out...

So the Lizard can pitch tonight?
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

Send Dumatrait out and bring someone else up when his spot is needed.

Santos and Bellhorn are also options.

The secrecy of moves like this is plain weird. I understand why the team wouldn't want to announce the move until after yesterdays game, but why wait until right before game time to announce the move?

    Redlegs v. Brewers 8.18

MILWAUKEE -- Well, got the game notes and EZ is being called up, but it says a corresponding move will be announced before the game.

What may be more interesting is that EZ is penciled in as the probable starter for Wednesday's game against the Braves.

    Santos DFA

Victor Santos was designated for assignment to open a roster spot Elizardo Ramirez.

I am sure he will pass waivers and be sent to Louisville. No big loss either way.

I was hoping they'd cut Stanton and Guardado loose.
    Who's on first?
