I'd like to see Roenicke and Viola get some rest over the winter. It's the first full pro season for both of them and both have proven plenty already.

I would definitely retain Rosales, Pelland, and Dickerson. They beat the hell out of Jason Ellison, Mike Stanton, Mike Gosling, Eddie Guardado, Kirk Saarloos, and Juan Castro, who are all a waste of a roster spot.

Well, Saarloos is almost certainly getting non-tendered and Castro and Guardado are likely gone to free agency, so there's your three spots.
