The Reds are now 20-29 against lefthanded starters this year.
Not only is this not a very good record but it seems to me to be a large amount of lefthanded starters. Especially when the Cubs have only faced a lefthanded starter 32 times (They are 12-20 according to Marty).
Im surprised that the disparity is this large considering that within the division the Reds and Cubs should be facing the same teams the same amount of times.
Does anyone know if 49 out of 131 games facing a lefthander is a lot compared to the rest of the league or years past?
