Homer's command is just a extension of his overall decline this year. I suspect if the personal issues/lack of focus/out of shape rumors are true. This would explain his poor start-finish season.

Now I see we're making up rumors of Bailey being out of shape with no evidence of that. There should be a rule against starting false rumors and trying to pass them as facts.
