    Mike Stanton is effective when his curve ball is working...the only problem is, you can't count on it working....or predict when it will be working.

    Now, if FCB is right (about the sweep), one, we'll never hear the end of it, and two, the Cardinal hijacking of all the threads will increase like fornicating rabbits, and three...the ride will be over.

    The ride's over now. It really never was a ride. as long as we have the pitching we have, we're not a contender even in the NL Central. And the more Krivsky tinkers, the worse it gets which is very frustrating.

    I know it's over...but it's still fun to have hope..as small as it is. Something lacking all season.

    A sweep, and the hope is gone.

    I really don't want ALL the hope to be gone.
