Not sure about the other ABs, but he had a full count on this most recent one. That's far from "refusing to pitch to him".

26 BB to 23 K this month for Dunn.

I wonder if this is the first time in Dunns major league career that he has walked more than hes struck out in a month.

it was questionable if either of the two pitches he swung at were strikes. Nothing over the plate.

It would be the second consecutive season that an undeserving team from the Central won the division. The Cards were a bad team last year who just happen to get lucky at the right time thanks to key injuries to the Mets rotation.

Would that lessen or increase the likelihood of Waltrussa ending up in Ohio next season?

What did the NYM rotation have to do with STL winning the division?

With the turnaround this season, I'm beginning to think that neither one of them are going anywhere...

    Maybe they never were.

I do think Bob wants them, though.

    Cards got hot...Reds did not.

    Different story otherwise, perhaps.

Pedro Martinez missed the playoffs due to injury. With Pedro, the Mets win the NL Pennent easily.

The Cardinals were a bad team last year who just happen to make the playoffs because the whole central stunk.

    It still does.

It sucks even more to suck in a sucky division.

Debatable, since in 3 of their losses the Mets scored 2 or less runs.

But I agree, the Cards were the cream of an awful NL Central crop. Just shows how bad Cincy really is...
