Through five Sarasota leads 1-0. No one is sitting by Jukich in the Sarasota dugout.

Valaika singles and eventually scores on a sac fly. Middle of the 6th, 2-0 good guys.

Jukich finished after 7. His line is 7 IP 0 H 0 R 0ER 2 BB 5 K. Excellent job. Watson comes on to pitch a scoreless 8th, but gives up a 2-out single. Sarasota up 2-zip going into the 9th.

Derrik Lutz comes on in the 9th and gets two quick outs before loading the bases on a double and two walks. He wriggles free on a fly ball to center. Sarasota wins the game 2-0, and leads the series 1 game to none.

How could they do that? I think its a must that you let a guy with a no-no finish what he started. Horrible coaching. How many pitches did he have anyway?
If you can't build a winning team with that core a fire-sale isn't the solution. Selling the franchise, moving them to Nashville and converting GABP into a used car lot is.

Haha, because the manager doesn't want to be blasted on this site for leaving the young arm in for too many pitches and ruining his future...
