Drew Stubbs print plate about to sell on EBay

Just thought I'd post this here in case anybody was interested in a 1/1 Drew Stubbs card. I'm a little cash strapped after purchasing a Cueto orange refractor, and thought maybe one of you would like to land this card I've been watching. Good Luck! (i'm not the seller, and don't know the seller)

I use to collect cards in the 80s.

Does a print plate mean that it is the only one like it? It has been years since I collected so I don't know much about it anymore... What is Tristar?

I remember one time going out to the mound to talk with Bob Gibson. He told me to get back behind the batter, that the only thing I knew about pitching was that it was hard to hit.

A printing plate is actually one of the peices of metal used to print every card made from that years set. There are usually 4 printing plates for each different color inks on the cards.

Tristar is a minor league sports card company.
