    Is that Denorfia, Hamilton, and Votto now in the last 2-3 years?

    Its been a good year for the youngsters.
    If you can't build a winning team with that core a fire-sale isn't the solution. Selling the franchise, moving them to Nashville and converting GABP into a used car lot is.

    so after watching the video, i really like joey votto, but is he the kind of player that can hit anything thrown at him. each hit he had came off what woulda been a ball, is a a vlad type or was that a one time thing

    I was there today and while the home run certainly was impressive the ball he dumped into left field showed he is well aware of how to go with the pitch and hit it appropriately.

    He really displayed that wheel house people talk about with lefties. The Reds have two of the best lefty power hitters in the game, but I still hadn't seen anybody go down into the wheel house like that. That was a beautiful swing.
    If you can't build a winning team with that core a fire-sale isn't the solution. Selling the franchise, moving them to Nashville and converting GABP into a used car lot is.
