Maybe the guy won't make the bigs (though I suddenly find myself hoping he does make that long shot), but I have a feeling he does have a very bright future.
I just got done reading a section where Greg Maddox sat in on a talk with he and his fellow pitchers. Some very good stuff, as well - and a reason I would have loved to see the Reds pick up Maddox. He might not win a lot of games as a pitcher, but I believe his knowledge could have helped in the future.
