    I enjoyed Froemming's story. (sp?)

FWIW: Josh Hamilton against Suppan: 0 for 3 with 2 Ks.

I'm really glad that Votto is making the most of this opportunity. I was worried for a minute that this organization was going to trade him (which still is within the realm of possibility, but hopefully this will solidify his spot in the long-term plans of the Reds.

I'm not sure who has more opposite field power, Hamilton or Votto?

Votto will hit 30 homers a year in this ballpark along with plenty of doubles and 85-100 walks.

Maybe they should have traded Hatteberg...

I think so too, but hindsight is 20/20. I think with his ridiculously cheap option and Votto being a question mark at the major league level, that was probably why they didn't. I understand it, but now they're in a strange predicament. What do you do now? Let Hatte and his production walk with a beyond reasonable contract for next year?

Unless they plan to trade Dunn then send Votto to the instructional league to learn how to play left field. That said, I really hope it doesn't happen...but it could.
