yep, Phillips is one of those few players in baseball that are just a thrill to watch.
Hopefully the fine folks at Rawlings agree (I think they're the ones who do the Gold Gloves)
IIRC, Rawlings sponsors the award but they do not have any direct say-so in who wins the awards.

Something I saw midseason didn't even have Phillips in the Top 5 defensively at 2B in the NL. It was ridiculous, they even had Freddy Sanchez ahead of him!
