Cueto easily.
Cueto.
Bruce is hands down our best prospect.
After that, you could essentially lump Votto, Bailey and Cueto into the same category, or tier.
My reasoning/logic is that Joey Votto is ready for the MLB level, whereas Bailey and Cueto are not. Therefore, I would put Votto #2. Heck, Votto should be our Opening Day 1B. Advantage Votto.
That leaves Bailey and Cueto. Bailey has control and command issues, whereas Cueto has neither. Bailey's been to the MLB level, albeit prematurely, while Cueto rightfully so has not. Assume Bailey and Cueto are "equal". The separation stems from Cueto having better command and control compared to Bailey, so the edge goes to Cueto. Henceforth, Cueto #3, Bailey #4.
Like Cyclone said, the B in Bailey stands for Ball 4, while the C in Cueto stand for Command or Control.
I see. You have your own ranking and you are voting for the spots where you have them ranked instead of always voting for the highest remaining guy on your list even if you think he's better. If they are already gone you are simply passing and if they've been passed over you don't vote for them in a spot below where you ranked them.
I personally am always voting for the remaining player who is highest on my list even if the spot doesn't match my own personal ranking position. So far my personal list agrees with all three of the votes. Bruce has to be #1 coming off a minor league player of the year season and the fact that he seems to be consensus #1 among experts. Bailey, Cueto and Votto in that order for me because I believe that Bailey still has more market value than the others, followed by Cueto and Votto.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!
would add Lotzkar and Francisco next time around.

OK, if that is how you want to do it, that is cool. For the record, these aren't my rules, just how the whole system is supposed to work. That is how everyone else is doing it, which makes having polls with the best remaining work. You may have to vote for a certain guy 3 times in a row, but that is how it is done.
You can be stubborn and do it your way if you want. Guess I shouldn't be that concerned about 1 vote, but you are being so defiant just for the sake of being so. At least that is how it seems.
I definitely like Watson being in the mix, I think he's about to be a quick mover could be in the pen by mid-late '09. Soto may be too soon, but he is w/o question very talented w/ the bat in his hands.
Lotzkar may also be too soon. Francisco will definitely make for some interesting discussion.

Cueto for me. (Picked him at #2 as well)
