Jim Brower will sign with the Reds on Friday. By the way, (as a former Yankee AAA pitcher last year) he likes Kennedy a lot more than Hughes - says Hughes leaves too many pitches up in the strikezone.
Note: Homer Bailey works very well down in the strikezone. A contrast to what the scouting is on Hughes.
