I like that he pays respect to cincy's baseball history and the BRM.
Not that it's particularly hard to give all the right sound bites in the off season, but it's a start.
I'm slightly more optimistic about his hire now then when it was first announced.
I love the interview, I don't just think it's the right answers for him, because he's a proven winner. The best part of it was when he was talking about working out in the offseason, i've felt like that was a problem for years, especially with the big guns, such as griffey and mainly dunn.
That's pretty exciting hearing about most of the guys working out already.
