Yes! The M's didn't get him. I think we have a better package for Bedard than the M's and the Dodgers would have given us a run for our money. So long as they are out of the race, the price on Bedard may have gotten significantly lower.
This will affect Bedard trade talk. I believe only the Mariners and us are now interested in trading for Bedard. L.A. is out of the picture.
