    Reds at Yankees

I didn't see this posted and apologize if I just missed it. But the Yankees released their 2008 schedule today with the Reds visiting Yankee Stadium for a three-game set June 20-22. Should be a fun series.

    I'd love to go.

Is that the last season they'll play in old Yankee Stadium?

Already making plans. Just for giggles I looked up some tickets. For my wife and I it will be a cool $560 to go for ONE game and sit reasonably close. All is fair in love and Baseball.
It's absolutely pathetic that people can't have an opinion from actually watching games and supplementing that with stats. If you voice an opinion that doesn't fit into a black/white box you will get completely misrepresented and basically called a tobacco chewing traditionalist...

My wife and I went to a game in late August against the Redsox at Yankee Stadium. We were front row upper level right behind the Sox dugout and paid like $200 each.

This series is already on my work calendar, and I've been scheduling work-related events in June around those two weeks.

As The Dude would say ... I'll be there, man.

Me too. The series starts two days after my 30th birthday.

I plan to split myself in half.

I will most likely be there as well. Making my way up there to visit my Dad, and we planned on going to at least one of the games.

I might go if the Reds don't suck. I ain't shelling that kind of cash for a dog, though.

Eh. The Reds should commandeer that--make it this year's slogan, a la "Tradition is Bad Nostalgia" or whatever it was a couple of seasons ago.
