Unfortunately, my capstone presentation for my Master's was also on December 7 (I checked, and there was no way around it), so I had to opt out.

I had planned to take the test again last night, but when I went to the site to register I discovered that if you are invited to an interview, you have to wait 18 months to retake the test.

    Maybe next year.
Clearly, your priorities are out of whack.

Just finished. Harder than I thought, but I still feel like I got half.

Was thinking the same thing. There would be a streak where I was clueless, then a streak where I would nail 5 in a row. Hope it was enough.

I did get a chuckle out of: "Former Senator George Mitchell recently concluded an investigation into this"

I thought the same thing. Sounds like the tests were the same then.

They should have since you're a celebrity.

I was always hoping they would do one Celebrity Jeoprady with Ferrell as both Trebek and Bush. I know they would have had to do it taped but I think it would have been hilarious.

In that case, give this a try. I'm proud to say that I am in fact at least as smart as a fifth grader.

I did it too, but I have to say, those were easier questions than I see at times on the TV show when I watch it with the kids. They usually have a couple of real curveballs in there, the type you learned in grade school and instantly forgot and haven't had cause to remember since.
