Absolutely. I'll take the Yankees lineup over the Reds and I think their pitching is going to be much improved this year.
I will bet you whatever amount of money you want that the Yankees finish the season with a better record than the Reds (in a tougher division and league).

If you were Ensberg and were offered the same deal from the Yankees, perenially in the hunt, and the Reds who haven't won anything in eons, which would you take? According to Ed Price of the Newark Star-Ledger, the Yankees have interest in free agent Kevin Mench for a fifth outfielder role. It'd be a minor league deal. Additionally, the Rangers are considering bringing Mench back into the organization.
Mench, 30, has a .924 career OPS against lefties. He made $3.4MM last year.
