Reds make SportsCenter ... Unfortunately for something quite inauspicious

    "DOMINANCE IN SPORTS"

    Oswalt vs. REDS

    Roy Oswalt: 19-1, 134 K in 157 IP

    ...

Add that with today's "ULTIMATE HIGHLIGHT" contender of Carlton Fisk's game-winning game 6 HR versus the Redlegs...

    WHO WON THAT SERIES AGAIN??????

Whoever thought having Chris Berman recall the greatest highlights of all time was a good idea deserves to get fired.

It's hard to listen to someone being artificially dramatic and in the moment for a clip we've all seen thousands of times. Maybe someone out there could pull it off, but Chris Berman isn't that person.
All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.

Oswalt replaced Glavine as the "Reds Killer". I dont know what his record has been against Cincy the couple of years but Glavine's record was pretty comparable..if not better than Oswalt's.

OMG, Paint, you could not be ANY MORE CORRECT.

Part of what makes those plays so iconic are the classic "calls" that we all associate with them.

I said to myself when Berman called Fisk's HR: "Jesus, Berman really sucks at announcing."

Why they didn't leave the original announcers doing the calls is another in a long line of asinine decisions made by the idiots over at ESPN.

I haven't watched ESPN in a long time, yesterday for some reason I turned it on... RIGHT in the middle of Bermans greatest segment.... Saw who it was and turned it to anything else.... Actually I turned it to an infomercial, and it was better than watching Berman.

Hey maybe I've found a new sig line...
In those things which we commit to practice we can master, and with mastery we have the freedom to use these skills whenever we desire, without this practice we are slaves to our inability.

Wes Helms is a Reds' wrecking machine, too. Dude's probably circling the bases down a GAB as we speak, getting his HR trot down.
