How'd you do?
Jan1 2007. I gave up fast food, carbonated beverages and all caffeine that does not occur in dark chocolate M&M's.
Soda was easy, after the first week.
Fast food... well I amended it a bit. No MCD's, BK or Wendy's. I ate at Whataburger a few times, but their service is pretty slow. Popeye's also doesn't count. I love Popeye's.
Caffeine was easy once I got over sodas. I don't drink coffee.
So, 2008's resolutions are more of the same. I figured I saved about $1000 in sodas, $300 in fast food. not bad.
