The lowest acceptable payroll amount for ownership to show they are not greedy pigs is 15 million more than they are currently paying. No matter what that currently is.

Seriously, Adam Rosales does nothing but hit.

Yeah, Adam really has had a great ST.
    What is his natural position?
I know he has played all around the infield.

probably 3rd base. But I'd be interested to see him develop the DP pivot at second.

unfortunately, Reds are settled at both, and have more coming. He'll be UT

Probably 3rd base. He has a solid glove and a real strong arm now that he is healthy again.

    The Bats lost today 10-8.

Drew Stubbs continued his hot hitting by going 3-for-5 with a RBI triple. Stubbs has really been stinging the ball this spring. Craig Tatum went 2-for-2 with an opposite field 3-run HR and a double. Richie Gardner didn't fare too well as he allowed seven runs on eight hits in three innings.

Rick Sweet and his Louisville Bats hitters faced Bats pitchers playing for Chattanooga this afternoon and won 5-4. Sweet's Bats came back to win the game in the bottom of the ninth by scoring four runs.

Sean Henry and Danny Dorn belted back-to-back solo home runs for the first two runs in the ninth inning. Drew Anderson singled and Chris Kroski reached on an error to set up Michael Griffin, who doubled in the tying and winning runs.

Paul Janish went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and Luis Bolivar had a double, RBI and two hits on the afternoon.

Chris Michalak took the loss for the Lookouts, allowing all four runs on four hits in two and two-thirds innings. Rule 5 pickup Jose Capellon started the game and went three innings while giving up two hits and one run; he struck out two and walked three. Dave Gassner pitched the middle three innings and allowed one run on two hits.

The Bats are back in action Friday when they travel back to Fort Myers to take on the Pawtucket Red Sox.
