The longest inning ever.
The longest inning ever.
Incorrect. I'm going over my scorebook from last year, basically checking it against the play by play for the games and the second game I came across was the 1st Kirk Sarloos Special against PIT.

That 1st inning was looooong.
I am for sending Maj to the minors while hoping that he looks great and sending him on to another organization in some kind of deal.
Salmon not helping himself today....
That's that...Reds lose, but who cares...Volquez was Soto-esque, and frankly, that's all that matters!
Hopefully our other Dominican dandy can come out tomorrow and match Mad Dog Volquez's performance. Or perhaps out do it.
catching and the bullpen would seem to be concerns heading into the season
Good day to be a Reds fan.
Volquez pitched himself into the rotation and Majic pitched himself to AAA. Fantastic on both fronts.
"....the two players I liked watching the most were Barry Larkin and Eric Davis. I was suitably entertained by their effortless skill that I didn't need them crashing into walls like a squirrel on a coke binge." - dsmith421
That's the one great part of spring training. You can cheer when guys like Majewski get rocked and not feel like a bad fan.Volquez pitched himself into the rotation and Majic pitched himself to AAA. Fantastic on both fronts.
