    Recipe for Hungarian Peppers?

Does anyone have a good recipe for Hungarian wax or banana peppers? I was just in Toledo and picked up a jar of Tony Packo's Hungarian Banana Peppers and was thinking I'd try making something nice with them instead of just eating them from the jar. I could look something up online, but I thought maybe I'd see if anyone might have a Hungarian family recipe or might come from an old Zinzinnati Donauschwaben family with recipe they would be willing to share.

Equal parts ground beef and Spanish rice (cous cous also works really well) along with diced whole tomato and all spice. (Try some chilli powder for kick as well. Or some curry if you're into Indian stuff.)

Fold the browned meat, rice, and mix in the pepper, heat your oven to 350 and cook it for 25 minutes. (If you don't want your peppers burnt, brush some OVO on the peppers themselves.

    Good stuff right there.
