    svchost.exe and Linksys

OK, I have Linksys and I keep noticing that every 2 minutes (on the second) that my firewall keeps blocking access attempts to my computer? Not to be paranoid but it seems like there's 10 different TCP ports all at the same time trying to access my computer. Just at 12:31:58 TCP ports 3953-3963 were all tried to be accessed almost like someone has hacked my router and is running a port scanner. I know some about that stuff but not enough.
