What immediatly stands out to me is your stamina. Ideally you should get that up around 20. That allows you to get more plays, and to quickly get XP points.
Vision is important for every position on the field, so that needs to come up, if only a couple points.
Tackling should also be higher, ideally in the low 20s. You don't want to miss a sack.
Your speed and agility will be good on lower levels, but it's not enough at your player's level to make you a good pass rushing end. I would start with your stamina. You get an extra point to use off of all the equipment you buy, so I would use 2 or so on stamina, and atleast one on speed or agility.
