Definitely a solid ratio for Bailey. It'll be interesting to watch his progress.

    That is very, very impressive.

Drew Stubbs is 1-for-2 with a single, walk, and stolen base off Liriano.

Lefties hit .202/.261/.250 - .511 OPS off Liriano in 2006 in the majors. That makes Francisco's 3-for-3 night with three doubles that much more impressive.

On the box score it says that Juan Francisco also stole home in the 6th.

Not so sure about that.... he lacks experience. He has a solid fastball, but his offspeed offerings are a little raw still due to his playing football in college.

His fastball is weak though well delivered. If he can't develope his offspeed stuff, he won't make it. Looks like a shine and ship player right now. No room for him anyway.

Chris Valaika just belted a 2-run HR.

Francisco followed with a single, he's now 4-for-4 with three doubles and a single.

Stubbs then walked for the 2nd time tonight.

Heisey is 2-for-3 with a double and 3 RBI.
