    J.T.M. Curse?

Is it possible that Bronson's troubles this year are the result of the JTM commercials?

Could he have angered the, er, uh... pre-cooked frozen turtle meat Gods?

Has that penetrating stare he lays on us at the end of the commercials jinxed him?

What must we do to fix this?

    Haahahahahahahaah!!!

    I believe it!

I think they need to film a JTM commercial where at the very end he busts his guitar over Welsch's head. I think that would break the curse.

Just saw that commercial, again, with my wife and she actually thought it was a joke. Unfortunately, it's not. It's worse than his pitching right now.

Apparently "they're together again" is refering to Bronson and bad pitching.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Bronson is doing a JTM commercial? Haven't see it.

The returns are early, but Bronson's fastball is back up to 91, when it hadn't topped out above 88 in earlier starts. We'll see if he can keep that velocity all night. Who knows? Maybe he's eating JTMs for more zip on his fastball.
